The necessary equipment can be purchase for $34.5 million and will be depreciated on a 7 year MACRS schedule. The value of the equitment in 5 years will be $5.5 million. NWC for the new phone will be 20% of sales and will occur with the timing of the cash flow for the year. Changes in the NWC will occur in the year 1 with the first's year sale. Conch Republican has 35% corporate tax rate and a requirement return of 12%.
