We all hear a lot about social media. Many people$/$students think that having a Facebook page, or an Instagram page or a YouTube Channel is the be all, end all to advertising $$ post on social and they will come! Really? How will they hear about? One way is to advertise using social media. That will help. However, please remember that online advertising, social media and combined $($online advertising through social media$)$ is only ONE tool! Please don$$t get sucked into the belief that all you need is social media and the money will start rolling in$!$ But let$$s take a look at how you can use social media advertising.

Next assume that you have been hired by this local business $-$ CJ Barrymore'sLinks to an external site. $.$ You will be creating a carousel ad for this client $($explained below$)$ to be purchased and delivered on Facebook.

Please answer the following:

Remember to be realistic about what you can do with one ad$.$

For this part of the assignment, you are going to create a carousel ad $($Links to an external site.$)$ with at least $4$ sections again for your above indicated local business client. For each section I want

Copy $-$ be sure to use the tips given in this section on writing copy and choosing images.

Explain your rationale for the copy $($NOTE: Advertising copy is a term used to describe the main text used in the advertisement$).$ Try to think of best practices and look at other ads to see what works. A few hints $-$ it should be short, contain a call to action and focused on keywords customers would be looking for.
