- Using the knowledge you are gaining,please answer the following questions:
- What is it that the trainee is going to learn?Be specific about the job,but also reference the type of skill or knowledge the training will gain (see pages 160 and 161.) You should also limit this to no more than two or three specific items.
- Which of the learning theories (address in the chapter, pages 163 through 174) is most relevant? Why?
- Finally, describe what you see as necessary for the learning cycle (176) and transfer of training. Identify at least three of these that you believe are necessary (177-193.
