Chapters 1 and 2 and 5 of the Eligible for Execution book introduces you to a death penalty case study. The background facts of the case are something you will pull on when answering questions in future assignments. After reading the first two chapters of the book answer the following:

• Chapters 2 and 5 provides an overview of the investigation.
• Provide a brief overview/summary of the investigation.
• At the conclusion of the investigation, what key questions and/or issues were raised about the facts of the case?
• Were any questions of race or mental/intellectual disability raised? Explain. What were these?
