Charlie Brown ask his neighbor Lucy to watch his home while he is on vacation and she agrees to do so. While Charlie is away a storm occurs and it tears off a portion of the roof of Charlie's home. Lucy hires a contractor to make a temporary repair to the roof at a cost of 9500. She also think Charlie's home would look better with rose in the front yard instead of the weeping willow tree was uprooted by the storm so she hires Greg the gardener to plant rose for 1500. When Charlie returns, Lucy presents him with a bill of 11000. Will Charlie have to pay any of this bill?
