Charlie owns a residence situated on six acres of land. In a remote corner of the property is located a natural hot springs. This hot springs is situated near the property boundary line adjacent to Bob's property. Every night, Bob sneaks over to use the hot springs as his natural "spa." After a relaxing hour in the hot springs, Bob returns to his home. After several years, Bob tries to claim the hot springs as his own property. Can he be successful in claiming the hot springs through adverse possession or is he simply a trespasser?
