She had agreed to finish work on the study by September 2021. However due to illness and other contracts she was afraid that she would not be able to complete the work on time. Charlotte proposed an extension for completion of the project, but George was keen to get the project completed in September 2021. George proposed to pay Charlotte an additional RM50,000.00 if she would complete the project on time. Encouraged by this incentive, Charlotte stopped work on all her other projects and managed to complete George's study by September 2021 in accordance with her contractual obligation. However, George refuses to pay the extra RM50,000.00.
