Charmaine has a contract for the commercial cleaning of the Jamison Centre in Macquarie. It is a large centre and the contract states that the oors must have a shiny clean appearance. To save money, Charmaine has changed to another good cleaning uid which makes the oor shine, but which has a very slightly oily feel to the fluid. After using the new fluid for a few days, the Centre manager contacts Charmaine to terminate the contract. Some customers have slipped over on the floors and the Centre manager tells Charmaine it is because of the slippery fluid she has begun to use. Charmaine tells the manager the terms of the contract are only that the floors have a shiny appearance. Advise the Centre Manager under the Law of Contract of the grounds to terminate the contract
