This will be included with your draft policy when feedback is sought in Step 4. Your piece must include: An introduction to the policy that includes why it has been developed and its objectives How the policy reflects the strategy and values of the organisation How at least two stakeholders or stakeholder groups are affected by this policy At least one other organisational policy or procedure that is affected by this new policy The timeframe for submission of feedback
