Chen is a first-year accountant who entered into a two-year contract of internship with Price Firehouse Accountants (Firehouse). Firehouse spent a lot of money and time in the first year of the contract training, mentoring and coaching Chen to be the best accountant he could be. Chen is very grateful, and he promises that, during the two-year contract, he will not leave Firehouse and work for a rival firm. After 12 months, Chen receives an offer of internship from a rival accounting firm and resigns from Firehouse. Firehouse does not want to lose their investment and seeks an injunction. Would a court issue an order to prevent a breach?
