Cherry is one of EsCos UK buyers. She regularly visits established and potential suppliers. One of the former is Hollyland Farm Organics, owned by Justin. On a number of occasions over the past year Cherry has mentioned to Fiona, EsCos UK sales director, that Justin has made inappropriate sexual remarks to her at their business meetings. Fiona has sympathised with Cherry but advised her to ignore Justins behaviour as Hollyland Farm Organics is one of EsCos most valued suppliers. According to Fiona, Justin is just an unreconstructed male chauvinist dinosaur who thinks that sort of thing is acceptable banter. Hes perfectly harmless really.
