Share Capital-Preference, 136,900 shares Share Capital-Ordinary, 1,986,000 shares 2,738,000 9,930,000 Share Premium-Preference Share Premium-Ordinary Retained Earnings 191,000 27,347,000 4,469,000 The following transactions affected equity during 2022. Jan. 1 30,300 preference shares issued at 23 per share. Feb. 1 June 1 July 1 Sept. 15 Dec. 31 Dec. 31 45,400 ordinary shares issued at 21 per share. 2-for-1 share split (par value reduced to 2.50). 32,000 ordinary treasury shares purchased at 10 per share. Cheyenne uses the cost method. 10,500 treasury shares reissued at 12 per share. The preference dividend is declared, and an ordinary dividend of 45 pence per share is declared. Net income is 2,079,000.
