Childhood obesity is a significant public health concern, and the COVID-19 pandemic has exacerbated this issue due to changes in lifestyle and access to unhealthy food options. The three legal interventions are proposed: Health Education Outcomes, a ban on social media advertising of unhealthy foods to children, and School lunch nutrition guidelines. This analysis will consider the constitutionality of these interventions at the federal and State levels and examine the implementing agencies and mechanisms.

• For each of your selected interventions describe the mechanics of the intervention (informed by the constitutionality discussion and liberty considerations in Parts 1 and 2). Who will it apply to, how will it be applied, what will its costs be and who will pay them?
