Children with disabilities often are stigmatized, encountering negative attitudes and physical barriers in schools. Because of this, students with disabilities often have negative school experiences due to their disability. Through the four lenses of diversity, we discuss how inclusive classrooms are the most effective way to give all children a reasonable chance at school while learning and developing the skills academically to thrive and succeed to their fullest potential.
