Outline the process you will use to obtain that feedback Evaluate the feedback received and adjust the SOP as required. Include adjusted SOP with feedback included as applicable. Share new and improved SOP with staff. Outline how you will communicate findings to you staff. In preparation for service period 2, research what data is available for undertaking workplace surveys which focus on customer service. Prepare a short (1 page maximum) brief on your findings. Include a sample customer survey with feedback, collection tolls and templates.
