What are the facts at hand? b. What is at issue? c. What arguments were made by the parties? d. What were the key pieces of legislation/precedents used by the judges to reach a decision? e. What was the Ratio for the decision (ie. the reasons)? f. Which party was successful in the matter? g. Any interesting arguments, facts, procedures, or comments from the parties/judges?
