Choose a fictional new product or service to introduce into your workplace. It may be associated to your capstone project, or a new creation of your choice. You should have theoretical knowledge of the process, or service, at a minimum. Prepare 3 simulated emails. in MS Word, with fictional names and titles. These should have headings for 1'From", "To", "Subject", and "Body" to simulate proper emails. The first will be to senior management to announce a go live date for your new process or service. The second will be to the management team describing the process or service. The third will be to your own team to highlight the introduction and give them guidance on implementation. Create a Process/Service plan, which should include as a minimum, the following: Cover Page should include your name, student number, Process/Service Name, document revision, and class assignment number.
