Choose a food/nutrition documentary of your choice. Please remember the following:

Your choice must be listed as a "documentary". Adocumentary filmis a non-fictional motion-picture intended to "document reality, primarily for the purposes of instruction, education, or maintaining a historical record".

It must be a documentary relating to food/nutrition. Preferably something more recent than 2010.

Provide a description and summary of the documentary. Include the title, author/commentator, year produced, length of documentary and a summary of the documentary. (1 point)

What, if any, information would you want other people to know about? I.e. what do you feel is important for the general public to know? (3 points)

Who should also watch this documentary? Who might benefit from the material? Why? (3 points)

What parts of the documentary did you find applicable to your life? I.e. what will you choose to apply to your life? (3 points)

What parts of the documentary did you not find applicable to your life? (3 points)

Overall, how would you rate this documentary? On a scale of 1-10 (1 = not interesting to a 10 = very interesting) (1 point)
