Leadership Styles: Autocratic, consultative/autocratic, consultative/individual, consultative/group, group Leader's Qualities: Integrity, flexibility, loyalty, confidence, accountability, candor, preparedness, resourcefulness, etc. Situational Factors: Team or individual, interactivity, size, time, tradition Follower's Qualities: Gender, experience, maturity, personality Finally, are their certain things they do that you would copy? Are there some things you would not do
