Choose a local problem in your community that you wish to report formally on. The mayor and the local council should read your report since they have the authority to act on it. Make a step-by-step research plan after defining the context in which your report will be used. Provide the most detailed and accurate explanation of your information-gathering strategy you can. Choose a topic from the list or think up your own.)
