Choose a natural disaster that happened in the US. Whether it be Earthquake, Heatwave, Landslide, Tornado, or Wildfire that happened within the last 10 years. Research the natural disaster and answer the following statements. 

 

1. Tell the population of the town/city before the disaster and after.

2, What preparations were made before the disaster hit, and what preparations were made by the city it is located in to make sure the same incident doesn't happen again?

3. Were there any injuries or fatalities from this disaster?

4.  If the disaster you chose happened again tomorrow and you had a 24-hour notice to prepare for it, how would you prepare? Devise a plan: how would you survive for three days after the disaster?
