Choose a process to reverse engineer. Assume that it began by meetings its expectations and then slowly and methodically got worse. No need for detail but consider the history of the product or service. Do some research on the product and service $$ look for changes made, risks taken, and consequences incurred. Identify what occurred to change the expectation of performance and then how this change began to affect overall performance.
