Choose a restaurant and conduct a quick assessment of the business's cost structure using activity-based costing methodologies.

Instructions: Students will choose any restaurant and identify a minimum of 4 cost pools and at least 2 possible cost drivers for each pool. The student will also identify each cost pool as either a fixed cost or a variable cost.
