Choose an organisation from either a working environment - your own - or a business which you have researched, with no, or minimal, health and wellbeing programmes in place, and explain what health and wellbeing strategies you would recommend for development. Your report should: 

• Include an overview of the business that you have selected 

• Identify at least ten (10) likely work-related health hazards associated with the organization.

• Critically evaluate the risks for each of those work-related health hazards 

• Explain how you would manage those risks - Tip: These are your mitigation controls (The controls you identify and implement to nullify the consequences of said risk) - So, what this comes down to, is creating a Risk Register with your 10 risks, and then identifying, and documenting the mitigation controls to eliminate or control those risks 

• Identify and evaluate components of a wellbeing programme and the expected benefits thereof You will need to substantiate your findings by referring to source materials and theoretical models. Support your answers with reference to relevant legislation and/or case reports where appropriate.
