Choose ANY (CHOOSE ANY!) case/event/topic to address a current event, legal action of your choice. You are to then write a paper following the FIRAC Method. Your case/event/topic may be a business firm or businessperson accused of or found guilty of a legal, the actions of the NFL during the pandemic, banking blunders, etc. You should try to choose a current case or event and if you need to go back further than (10) years, let me know in advance.

• Structure the paper into two major parts: 1) By following the F.I.R.A.C. Method (see video), address the legal issue. You must clearly specify and apply a specific course topic (e.g. requirements to prove negligence or the elements of a contract, etc.), and 2) then prepare a separate section, properly labeled, to describe the ethical dilemma of the chosen case, your learning points AND how you will apply the learning points in your future career. You must use appropriate headers for each section of your paper.
