Choose any three rooms in the space in which you live. For example, it could be the bedroom, living room and kitchen. Or, it could be the bathroom, kitchen, living room, and so on.

The written manual may only be individual. Instead of a video, students can choose to perform the same task in a written format. In this event, students will be required to write out a housekeeping training manual for the purpose of cleaning a hotel room. Consider how you would explain to a team member in writing a step-by-step procedure as to how to effectively clean a room. This submission should be approximately six hundred words long and should include a conclusion.
