Record yourself doing a suitable ISBAR handover for the patient using a PowerPoint presentation. This part of the assignment does not require referencing.

Include the nursing assessments that would be required for this patient along with any interdisciplinary referrals that may be necessary. (You are not required to include full referrals; but consider the information that you would need to pass on to the next nursing team).

Your handover should include links to the appropriate topic content and the NMBA nursing standards.

This section should contain only the information that would be included in the ISBAR handover.

In the second half of your presentation, provide reasons/rationales/justification for your content. Consider the key nursing considerations, NMBA standards and ethical considerations in your response. Support your discussion with references from a variety of sources. Scenario 1:

Mr George Albert Baden (DOB 14/5/1941; MRN 2679318) was admitted two days ago with increasing headaches and loss of balance. An initial CT of his head revealed minor age-related changes. His past medical history includes Hypertension, Atrial fibrillation, MI 5years ago, and moderate congestive cardiac failure. He also has osteoarthritis in his left hip. Since admission, he has had episodes of loss of balance, but has not fallen. His current medications include metoprolol 50mg daily, enalapril 5mg daily, furosemide 40mg daily and meloxicam 15mg daily.
