Length: 15 minutes long (+/- 3 minutes) The presentation must have no more than 15 slides: 1 slide for the title of the presentation; 1 slide

Mr George Albert Baden (DOB 14/5/1941; MRN 2679318) was admitted two days ago with increasing headaches and loss of balance. An initial CT of his head revealed minor age-related changes. His past medical history includes Hypertension, Atrial fibrillation, MI 5years ago, and moderate congestive cardiac failure. He also has osteoarthritis in his left hip. Since admission, he has had episodes of loss of balance, but has not fallen. His current medications include metoprolol 50mg daily, enalapril 5mg daily, furosemide 40mg daily and meloxicam 15mg daily.
