a) an introduction of the business or industry (an abstract and table of contents is not required),

b) a discussion of society's attitude towards the business or industry,

c) identify their business stakeholders and how each stakeholder could influence the business or industry,

d) identify and analyze three ethical issues, and

e) conclusion.
