Choose one case from the eight selected cases and in your own words prepare an analysis of the case. You will have to provide an analysis of the case facts following the instructions.

• Your assignment must be uploaded in a "Microsoft word" compatible format.
• Do not email your assignment.
• Pay particular attention to the following instructions.
• The assignment must be double spaced.
• Spelling and grammar will be marked.
• The assignment must be in a 12 point font.
• In order to properly present this assignment,it must consist of no less than 5 to 10 pages of double spaced work. This does not include your cover sheet, or your bibliography.
• You are only allowed to indicate any book(s),case(s) or material you personally reviewed in your bibliography. You are not to put in what the Court reviewed.

You are allowed to refer to the case or material the court reviewed, but you must indicate that it was the Court and not you that reviewed the material. You must add to the points discussed by the Court. You cannot place the copied material in you work without relating it to your submission.

An example of this would be quoting a point from the case and then commenting on the material.

3. Regina versus Black (The Black decision that occurred from the Supreme Court in 1989)
4. Regina versus Stillman
5. Regina v Clayton
6. Regina v Edwards (The 1996 decision)
7. Regina v Grant (2009 decision)

In all these cases the Supreme Court of Canada decided an issue significant to law enforcement.
