Then, in "1-2 pages", describe how and why those concepts have been illustrated in your own experiences with leadership or can impactdevelopment of your ownleadership competencies.

Cite your source(s) (additional research beyond our course readings is permitted, but not required), and include an APA references page. Remember, even though direct quotes will not be used, all sources of information and ideas must be citedeverywherethey are used in the paper.
