What are ways to encourage good honest feedback between the leader and the team members, especially when the employees see the leader as unapproachable?

Years of research depict that stress and anxiety are prevalent issues at work. Such stressors contribute to deficits in employee morale, well-being, and productivity. Furthermore, anxiety results from various factors, including problems unrelated to one's job or incompetent leadership. It is not uncommon for people to put in long hours and engage in physical and mental demands that cause turnover and burnout. It can be argued that many of us can relate to the struggle as an employee and as a leader. We all have heard of time management and techniques in doing so, but due to the changing world, the way we energize our workforce and sustain employees' energy to be high performers may be essential to learn as leaders.
