Choose one or more rights outlined in the Bill of Rights (Chapter 2) in the Fijian Constitution. Think about the right or rights you have chosen and discuss your opinion on whether that right is respected and exercised freely in our jurisdiction. Feel free to choose from the fundamental rights or the socio-economic rights. If you choose one of the latter, also consider the degree to which those aspirational rights have been realised since the promulgation of the Constitution in 2013.
