2. Using Hackos' Process-maturity Model for Publications Organization, analyze the process-maturity level of the organization you've chosen. Remember that an organization may exhibit characteristics of more than one level of the process-maturity model. Be conservative in your approach.

Note: If you are an engineer rather than a technical communicator, you may choose to adapt Hackos' model to engineering. This should be relatively easy to do since Hackos herself adapted a model that originated in software engineering.
