With this in mind, we have developed The Research Connection, a study plan for employees. The plan consists of mandatory and optional courses designed to support and enhance employee knowledge. The Research Connection was created through consultation, both with experts in the field and with Department of Research staff. As part of the study plan, two mandatory courses for our employees will be given this month: "Research Philosophy" and "Evaluating Research Models." Managers are asked to register their employees in these courses and fensure that they provide employees with the time to attend.
