Choose two food products, one for you to explain and another for you to quiz your trainee. Most of the food products carry the new label, so make sure to pick products with the new label. Show the Nutrition Facts label and start explaining with the serving size so that your trainee can appreciate the basis of the numbers in the table. Make sure to list and explain each entry and especially the "Added Sugars" and others such as Dietary Fiber, Potassium, Calcium, Iron and Vitamin D, etc. Encourage your friend to ask questions. Then, quiz your trainee with 3 questions on a Nutrition Facts label you have not discussed before (eg. How many servings are there in this package, how much of this item do you need to eat to fulfill your daily Calcium requirement? etc. These are examples, come up with your own questions.) They need to answer these questions as well as they can. However, you can complete or correct incorrect responses. All this needs to be in a video file under 500 MB. Keep your recording between 5 to 10 minutes. Here is a document with a list of types of video files you can use
