Scenario: You are responsible for selecting candidates to interview for the project manager position you advertised. In a separate Word document, create a checklist with a rating scale for resume evaluation targeted at the project manager position. Your checklist should also include criteria for evaluating the resume's appearance and organization.

Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of multiple projects

Project Manager Requirements:

• Proven working experience in project management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Salesforce
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
• Experience with project management software tools
