Chose a strategy that would best ensure employees retain the knowledge from training. Have every employee learn the entire assembly process so they understand how their task fits in to the whole process. Provide hands-on training for employees to practice as they learn the new assembly procedure. Threaten to fire anyone who does not complete the training within a certain time frame. Make sure employees know there will be a test at the end of the training
