The final report for your research project brings together your previous papers in Modules 4 and 5 and a new point of analysis on the recommended staffing plan for the pivotal talent pool in your chosen organization.

Produce a final report on your recommended staffing plan for the pivotal talent pool. The report will include external recruitment and internal recruitment (development of existing employees) that support the development and sustainability of the pivotal talent pool.

Instructions

In your research project final report, include the following:

• Overview of the organization: This includes the organization's mission and strategy, products and services, and internal and external environment (based on the paper completed in Module 4)
• Analysis of the talent pools in the organization and selection of pivotal talent pool (based on the Module 5 paper)
• Recommended staffing model for the pivotal talent pool you identified, including consideration for diversity and distributed workforce modalities
• Recommendation for development of internal talent as a part of the model (If internal recruitment is not possible, provide a sound rationale for why it is not possible.)
• Estimated risk of attrition and retention strategies
• References from 8-10 resources
