Chris grew up in New York. After attending college in New York, he decided to go to law school in Florida. When he started law school he signed up for the Florida bar exam, because he decided that he wants to live and practice law in Florida after graduation. Chris then decides to have visiting semester at Hofstra University (in New York) and moves back to New York for the semester. While Chris is drivine to class at Hofstra, he gets into a car accident with Tonv, a New York state resident. Chris sues Tony for his inures in the Southern District of New York (a federal trial court), claiming damages in excess of $75,000. Tony moves to dismiss the claim based on lack of jurisdiction. Should the court grant the motion to dismiss?
