Chris is a 23 year old Latinx male who will be released from California State prison after serving a 2 year sentence for drug trafficking. His incarceration was a result of a weekend driving trip, where he promised to deliver a package for a friend; he was stopped by law enforcement for a broken tail light and a package with drugs was found in the vehicle. Chris denied any knowledge of the drugs but wasn't believed. With limited legal resources, he plea bargained for a 2 year sentence. Chris always aspired to attend college and work with youth, but he is afraid his criminal record, lack of money and power will eliminate his chances. Other inmates tell him to take advantage of the recent college admissions scandal by filing a civil law suit to increase the odds of admission. Chris knows that you are a forensic social work intern taking a social work and law class and asks for your opinion. a. List the types of problems Chris is experiencing  b.
