Installation of in-ground pool on the advice of a physician. Chris has no other access to a pool and the cost was $30,000. The Value of Chris residence was $218,000 before the improvement and $230,000 after

Adolph, Chris 8-year old father would be his dependent except that he received 7,200income from his former employers qualified retirement plan. Adolph had lived with Chris during a portion of the year. Chris does a lot of business entertaining home and Adolph was disturbed by the noise at night. He convinced Chris to allow him to live in the Happy Acres Old Folks Home to be with others his age. During the year, Chris made the following payments on Adolphs behalf.
