You are a Management Consultant working with a consulting group. You are pitching a service to a local organization to use your service. This service may be an organizational change management program, employee training on conflict management, or another management consulting service (you can do some research on this and be creative). You are following up on an email that the potential client send to you, indicating interest in your services after they were contacted by one of your colleagues.
Imagine you are talking face to face after stopping by (or perhaps a zoom phone call). You want to be fast (no more than 2 minutes) to not lose their interest, but at the same time describe (communicate) more detail about your services and persuade the potential client to use them. Your goal may be to sell the service, or interest the potential client to take the next step (you may define your own goal: sign a contract, get a meeting with a decision maker, or whatever you think the next step should be depending on your service and communication style).
