Cici, a retailer, ordered300 boxes of steam irons from Zack, an electrical appliance manufacturer. The irons were kept in Zack's warehouse to be delivered in two days time. As there were other electrical appliances to be delivered to other buyers, Zack instructed his workers to place the irons ordered by Cici near the entrance to the warehouse and told Cici to collect them the next day. Cici agreed to collect the irons but was called away on a family matter and only came to collect the irons five days later. Unfortunately, heavy rain the previous night had flooded the warehouse, which destroyed all the electrical appliances stored in Zack's warehouse. Cici has refused to take delivery of the irons but Zack insists that she must pay for them. Advise Cici.
