Level 0 diagram Task 2: Draw Context Diagram- Parking system The below is a context diagram for a parking system: - The process will start when the driver approaches the parking camera, the system will capture the vehicle plate number and time in and send the available parking area to the driver. - The driver will select a parking and the system will confirm the parking booking. - When the driver request to leave the parking, the system will calculate the payment due and send it to the driver who make the payment, then the system will send the payment details to the bank, and the bank will confirm it, where the system will then send a receipt for the driver. Draw a context diagram for this Parking system Task 3: Draw Level 0 - Hiring system The below is a context diagram for a hiring system for SSA company, which is growing and needs to have a system to facilitate the employment process for the company. This text will explain for you the role of each external entity with the system: - The system will handle the job application creation by the HR office and the application form filled by the job seeker. - If the job seeker is filtered by the system the HR officer will be informed and then he/she sets interviews that will be sent to the job seeker and to the manager. - After conducting the interview, the manager will add the interview results, which if negative, the system will send automatic thanking letter to the job seeker. - If the interview result were positive, the HR officer will be informed which then will set an offer letter to be sent to the job seeker.
