Mr Tan had checked in for his British Airways flight from Singapore to London. As he had arrived early, he decided to do some duty-free shopping. Although there was renovation going on in the duty-free shop, the area was not cordoned off and there were no warning signs in the shop. Unfortunately, one of the spanners that a worker was using fell on Mr Tan from a height of about 3 meters. As a result, Mr Tan suffered minor injuries and did not manage to board the flight. Mr Tan is deciding whether to sue the Airline, the worker, the contractor who employed the worker, the duty-free shop and the airport. Advise Mr Tan.
