I) When assessment is completed the consultant contract administrator (work for the superintendent/principal) should contact the contractor in due course for discussion.

II) If the contractor accepts the valuation, the claim amount should be paid in the next monthly payment.

III) If the contractor does not accept the valuation, set the amount pending until the final account.
