Civil Law in Canada

Please create 2 fairytale scenarios that have not been used. One should be a criminal case and one should be a civil case with different characters for each scenario.

Please make sure the scenarios are very unique, creative, interesting and apply correctly to both civil and criminal law. Make sure to list the offences/charges and the characters.

Below is a very brief example:

Goldilocks went to the 3 Bears Restaurant and ordered porridge. Papa Bear was not paying attention and let the porridge cook too long, he also failed to tell Goldilocks to be careful because it was too hot when he served it. Goldilocks

ate the porridge and got third degree burns in her mouth.

Plaintiff- Goldilocks

Defendant- Papa Bear

Charge: Tort (suing for personal injury)
