Civil litigation is a broad category of law that for the purposes of our discussion excludes family law cases. Forensic psychologists can serve the civil legal system in a number of capacities. Identify the role of a forensic psychologist in at least two of the following: education law, elder law, personal injury cases, and employment law. First, provide a brief summary of each area of law. Then explain how the roles of a Forensic Psychologist may differ given the legal questions/concerns each area of law is addressing. Would your chosen role(s) be qualified as an expert or fact witness in court? Explain why.
