On December 11, 2021 B.T. choked to death on a spicey meatball while attending a zoom office holiday party. C.J.: a. Will recieve a benefit equal to 75% of the worker's PIA as a surviving spouse with a child under 16. b. Will not receive any OASDI benefits until reaching the normal retirement age of 67. c. Will receive a benefit equal to 100% of the worker's PIA once the minor child turns 16. d. Will not receive any OASDI benefits as they have not been married 10 years or more
