Clancy, Dancy, and Nancy are registering for an ECON tutorial independently and simultaneously. All must register to anyone of the available slots. The available slots are 9 am, 10 am and 11 am on Friday. They do not care much which to attend, but they do care about with whom they share the tutorial. Dancy and Nancy want to be in the same class, but want to avoid Clancy (if this happens, Dancy and Nancy get a payoff of 1 each and Clancy gets 0). Clancy wants to be in the same class as Dancy or Nancy (if this happens, Dancy and Nancy get a payoff of 0 each and Clancy gets 1). If all three sit in the same tutorial, Clancy is happiest (if this happens, Dancy and Nancy get a payoff of 0 each and Clancy gets 2).
